These are excellent and work just as well as I remember them doing when I was using them over a year ago. They seemed to have disappeared since then but gone through 2 boxes so far and are spot on 👍. Using 10iu 3x a week and get the usual sides, bit of lethargy and mild CTS but easily manageable and can see a big change in fat loss and in the fullness I’m holding. Sleep like a baby too. Great value for money guys 👍.
